Studying faculty members’ readiness to use Shaqra University e-learning platform

In Saudi Arabia, most universities are seeking to implement e-learning improve education access and processes. Although some have already implemented e-learning, not. Shaqra University is aiming an system. Therefore, through the use of a questionnaire, this study examines faculty members’ readiness platform assesses their based on gender differences user experience. Factors considered were usage self-efficacy, self-confidence in dealing with Attitude towards educational needs e-learning. The results revealed that, all these factors, members ready There no between male female participants self-efficacy using information communications technology, females’ mean score was significantly higher than males’ score. Between experience who experienced different for attitude These that may help decision makers successfuly adopt platform.
